ATTENTION RETURNING VOLUNTEERS: Our registration and check-in process has changed. Click on choose an event (this is how you choose which session you want to volunteer for/ Choose shirt size/ Type first and last name/ Type Group name if you are with a Non Profit we work with/ scroll to bottom if you are done registering people (some sign up multiple people)/ Type first and last name and email address where you want the volunteer passes to be mailed too. When you submit, you will receive a printable pass. Print this pass or bring on your phone screen to the Volunteer Check-in Table at least 90 minutes prior to your session start. Staff will scan your barcode, give you your t-shirt and your section assignment.
*If you are registering multiple people*
Click on 'Choose an Event' (this is how you choose which session you want to volunteer for/ Choose shirt size/ When you click the drop down box pick 1 or how ever many people you are registering for, for that size. It will open a box for your first name, last name, and another box for the group name. Do this for each person/size
-Type in the name and email where you want ALL the volunteer passes to be sent too.
You can register yourself or multiple people. Either way, every person needs to put the group name after they type in their name once they choose the shirt size.
Note: The passes you will receive are only valid for checking in as a volunteer. In no way are they good for entering the festival as an attendee.
Volunteer check in will be :
Friday Session 4:00PM - 5:30PM.
Saturday Afternoon Session 9:30AM- 11AM
Saturday Night Session 4:00PM - 5:30PM.
Information:
- Volunteers shifts are split into two sections for each of the shifts - Entry (assisting with IDing, wristbanding and ticket scanning) and Main Event (pouring of beers in the main festival area).
- We provide a t-shirt, pizza, and beer!
- YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO VOLUNTEER!
- Event is rain, snow, or shine.
- Volunteers need to be able to work the whole shift that they sign up for.
Tip: You may want to size up a shirt size if you plan to wear your volunteer shirt over other clothing.
